Trip to the Shaolin Temple, the origin of the Kung Fu

Chose your own departure date and with whom you want follow the training: group or individual.

The training program has been made together with the Dutch Shaolin Foundation

The Shaolin academy offers a number of weekly trainings and lodging in the Shaolin academy in Zhengzhou. Excursions can be booked too.You can book training programs during the whole year. However we advise not to travel in the winter, than it is very cold. For the best air tickets and exact departure times and days, we refer you to China Southern Airlines. You can also book directly the internal flight to Zhengzhou for you: www.cs-air.nl

The trainings are suitable for people of all ages and all levels.
We want underline that you can book as a beginner or a more experienced participant. For the experienced there are innumerable possibilities for further training in the different facets of the Shaolin Kung Fu.

1. Included in the trainings is:
   

• Transfer airport Zhengzhou - Shaolin academy (for a small extra fee)
  
• Lodging in the academy
  
• 3 meals per day
  
• Training program
  
• Kung Fu uniform including shoes.
  
• Possibility for excursions.
  
• English speaking interpreter present.

        2.  Conditions 

* You must book at the latest 2 months for the arrival date in Zhengzhou

* You can chose your own departure date and period

* The stay must exist from complete weeks (minimum 1 week)

* The arrival in Zhengzhou must be always on Sunday

* The lessons always start on Monday

* If you come from another destination in China to Zhengzhou, then you must arrive also always on Sunday

* The departure from Zhengzhou is always on Sunday.

You must arrange your own via, flight ticket and insurance.
The price of your stay depends on the number of weeks that you book and the number of nights that you stay in the academy. The price per night is €  60, -.

Examples:
1 week training costs €  375, -. ( 7 nights)
2 weeks: €  750, -  ( 14 nights)
3 weeks: € 1125, - ( 21 nights)
4 weeks: € 1500, - ( 28 nights)
